Today was OTD and it's still a positive. I managed to talk my GP into doing my bloods and it confirmed pregnancy this morning with a hcg of 299. I'm not sure what that means but hopefully that's good. They are repeating them tomorrow. I have low back ache today.

Second HCG was 787 which I'm pretty pleased about. Doctor suggested booking an appointment in a few weeks to get booking in. Will wait until after my scan. I cannot wait!!!!

Did you get your results Babydream?

For 5 weeks pregnant it's anything between 18 and 7340, basically the first results actually mean nothing it's weather the next ones have doubled or not that will tell x

HI Everyone, just thought I would let you know that the owners of the new George Belfast hotel is offering couples to enter a competition for free IVF. The couple experienced problems themselves and ended up with twins. The news article is on Belfast live online news. Although my first cycle didn't work I was very fortunate to have help from family to fund it. I'm currently about to start on nhs ( not sure if there is any conditions that you can't apply if currently going through ivf) just remember reading a couple of stories on here that some women had exhausted all options and private wasn't possible.

I ended up in A&E last night with bleeding. I was very lucky and they weren't busy and the lovely doctor persuaded a gynae to see me. She scanned me and a saw the fetal pole etc. No heartbeat as it's still too early. Bleeding unexplained and sort of dying off now this morning. No HCG done. Absolutely terrifying experience.

Anniebell i totaly under stand your worries.im haven the whole bleed thing myself but it is normal for women to bleed in early pregancy.on the plus side at least you know baby is in the right place and it is far to early to see a heart beat yet thats why we dont get our scan till 7 weeks.i told my self not to worrie now about any bleeding because from past experiance ive had a gush of pink watery fluid b4 miscarry.so im not going to stress my self about bleeding any more.its quite normal.

Congratulations Anniebell, delighted to read of your Pregnancy. Sorry you had a scare yesterday. I had bleeding during my pregnancy, it is terrifying but it doesn't necessary mean something awful. Hope you are relaxing, none of it is easy.
