Bruised feeling top of bump/rib

Hi ladies
I'm not sure whether to call the midwife about this or not. The top of my right rib under my boob is really sore. It feels bruised to the touch and hurts when I breath in. One of my babies is a big bump right up there so it's either a bum or a back nestling in.
Did anyone else have this?
I'm guessing it's just the baby right there causing pressure on my ribs but haven't been warned of it before so it's out of the blue.
Thanks
Xx

Hi tab

I wasn't pregnant with twins but my ds always seemed to settle up high at my ribs and under my boobs, I'm only 5,2 so as I got bigger it became incredibly painful, just one of the many aches and pains pregnancy brings

Hope your well other than your aches and pains

Xx
