Stomach pains in pregnancy

Hi ladies, I am trying not to get too anxious, but it is always something. Starting last night and on and off today I'm getting some stomach pains kind of an achy feeling, it is not very sore more uncomfortable but just making me worry a bit about what's causing it. I am 12 weeks 2moro. Has anyone had similar?

All the time. I had so many weird and wonderful feelings, aches, pains, twinges, stabbing pains! I freaked at most of them but think it's pretty normal. If you're worried maybe give your midwife a call? Are you due/ have you had your 12 weeks scan yet?

Hi pip, I can't comment from personal experience. However my sister in law and a good friend both had stomach pain on and off throughout their pregnancies and it was SPD, I think I have those the right way round! They both ended up wearing support belts later on and my friend had physio too. If it hasn't gone tomorrow I'd speak to your midwife just to be on the safe side. I hope everything's ok. Good luck x

Pip I had loads of sharp pains in first trimester that freaked me out but they always said they were stretching pains. I still get pains quite low down. Then I had the hip and pelvis pain that they said was the round ligament pain. It's never ending, always something to worry about. I think we are just so aware of our bodies that we are so in time with all these aches and pains. If it's really bad though get it checked out. xx

It is not mega sore just uncomfortable, u r right if I wasn't so hyper aware of every little thing it's the kind of pain u normally wouldn't dwell on

Remember I've been on here loads of times stressing out and have needed reassurance constantly over every wee twinge, and no doubt will again ::P xx

Hi Pip,

Hope it all amounts to nothing. I'm sure it will. All the best for your scan. Can't believe you're at 12 weeks already!

Hope all's well with you too Clarabel.

Hope the pains have gone Pip.

I'm booked in for my FET next Monday, so am well into this cycle now. All fine other than I'm a bit stressed as preparing to move house in April!

Xx

Hi dazzle, that's great news not long to go. How have u found the meds for FET?
U don't do things by halfs, house move at the same time! A bit of distraction does u good tho, stops u from going to mad in the 2ww.
I am doing well thanks 16 weeks 2moro can't believe it  xxx
