Low dose aspirin to prevent pre-eclampsia

Hi ladies
Has anyone been prescribed low dose aspirin? I'm on it for a few risk factors- twin pregnsncy, first pregnancy and family history of preeclampsia - which are all moderate risk apparently.

The doc and midwife reassured it's safe and I took it last night but I'm still worried about it & potential harm to the babies.

Can anyone share their experiences on aspirin?

Thanks a lot ladies

I'm on it too. I had pre eclampsia with my DD, but have been given it to assist implantation for my ET on Monday. It's safe to take xxx
