Could we be trying during my wrong cycle?

Hello,I am 37 years old (on the 24th of September). I have been through ovarian stimulation with very high dosis 2 times now. My FHS levels were 17,1 then 17,5 then 17,6 in march this year. So, in May 2013 the specialist started 300ml of puregon for 6 or 7 days and then 150ml orgalutran and puregon. I only had one follicle but they thought it was a cyst since my endometrium was very thin and the follicle was too big. On the 2nd of August I got my period and after 21 days started Suprecur nasal spray 5 times a day. After 12 days, on the 4th of September, I had an ultrasound that showed both ovaries fine and the endometrio was also normal. That night I started Puregon 400ml. After 10 days with puregon, yesterday, my ultrasound shown absolutely nothing new. My endometrio was thin. However, when the Doctor asked me if I wanted to continue the cycle and not stop, I said yes and she prescribed 225ml of Menopur. My husband and I think that I ovulate too early. I had 3 different clearblue ovulation tests (the same day) and they showed that I was ovulating on the 13th of september. I believe that there is a possibility that since my periods are irregular, we are trying always during the less fertile period or cycle. Could that be possible? Also, do you think I should be having blood tests before starting treatments? Is there any chance that my ovulation days were before the ultrasound? Is there any chance that the Menopur does push for my ovaries to produce eggs? Please help me. Please recommend me the best clinic, with the highest success rates. Please please help me.Thanks...

Hi Lotusflower,

Welcome to FZ!

Are you doing an IVF cycle or taking drugs to improve ovulation and TTC naturally?

Wishing you lots of luck on your journey.
