Shingles in the first trimester

Any help will be gratefully received!

I have woken up this morning with shingles I know it very well as I get it regularly about every 6-7 months.
I got my :BFP: on Sunday and am now very worried about what harm it may cause my lo.
I had it when I was pregnant the first time round but much later on and docs said it was ok because the placenta would just pass on my antibodies to the baby.
I only had my last batch of shingles 3 months ago. Apparently it is stuck in the nerves of my spine and there is nothing they can do but it is really worrying.
Thanks for reading this panicked message any replies will be a great help.
