Had first scan today amazing to see a heart beat. The other had a sack and yolk but no heart beat....going to scan again and check at 8wk5 has anyone had a surprise after thinking one didn't make it as I believe there is a chance still that it was just too early?

Now I am feeling happy to see one baby but on edge about the other?! I know it may not happen but it's that not knowing all over again.

I guess for now I should just concentrate on out amazing success so far!

Stay with us little one! Or two xxxxx

Hi Pheobe,

It could still be early. One of my LO has always been a little bit behind compared to the other, but now it is the one that is moving the most which is a sign of a healthy baby. Very hard to wait and see what is going to happen. They do not develop all at exactly the same time.
Big hugs, girly plus 2!!!

I was getting worried about you Phoebe but glad I've found this.

Great news that you heard a heartbeat and you've got a fantastic attitude! I pray that as Lief has reassured you, it could just be that the second little one has a bit of catching up to do. Sending all positive energy for healthy, strong growth.

Wishing you the very best of good fortune and luck, honey xxx

Hi Phoebe - I've got a similar picture really. I had a scan last week at 7 weeks there was two heartbeats one was a little slower than the other. I went today for another scan and one baby is smaller than the other and the nurse couldn't see a heartbeat! I ve been asked to go for another scan next Friday to check to see what's happening.

The second LO is doing fine. I'm a little sad really what if there s no heartbeat next week I just need to know what has happened to the other one? Do you know why I mean? Why would there be a heartbeat one week and gone the next?? :sniff:
You re right though one is a blessing but jut worried about number 2!!

How r u feeling?

Xx
