I get all my kicks at the top just under my ribs which I think alre little leggies. I think that means the head is down, clever baby! I will really miss that after it's born.

MrsJ you will miss it - I promise you! Initially you feel relieved to not be pregnant but after a couple of weeks you really miss the moving and the closeness if that makes any sense? Its like when DD was inside those moment were private between you and her, and you didn't have to share her!!

At 34 or so weeks DD's bottom was stuck under my ribs and her knees squished up towards the middle of my tum, she would stretch upwards and it would literally wind me from the inside!! Now THAT I don't miss!!! :D

My little lass lies on the right hand side most the time. I feel movements in the top right too, then from the left to the right near to my belly button. She's having a huge solo party in there!!

My mum saw my stomach move and she and my sister felt her kicking for the first time yesterday - even my 9 year old nephew joined in - I was well chuffed!

I think my muscles have split in the middle and I get a feeling like bubs is wedging a foot in between, not the most comfortable sensation in the world.

Movements are now all over. Think he is trying to secure more space in there. I get the two sides in one go... think he must be diagonaly across in there. Head on bottom left bum now inside my ribs (blip) He kicks, shuffles, hickups and does the rest of the thing.
Have been trying to get him into the middle where there is more space but he is not listening to dear mummy!

:) sneaky huh? :)
I am just so happy to be home, have been traveling for 3 weeks so I got a bit carried away.
We might have a name for him soon and then he won't be "the one who is butting my ribs" :)

My family has named him now at least...
