Hi ladies, not sure if anyone is still reading here. I have missed the site the last few days so have been reading back to see what u ladies were saying at my stage. I am 9+2 now and my symptoms have eased off a bit this past week so I have been worrying about that. Then this morning I had a bit of spotting again this morning exactly a week since I last had it. I had a scan last sat at 8+3 and everything was good but I am as worried as ever again now.
Hope everyone else is doing well and rnt going as crazy as I am

Don't think there's many of us on here at moment. Spotting is terrifying, I spoke to my midwife and fertility clinic and they said it was common. But if you are worried and can't settle they will scan you so speak to your midwife.

My symptoms went away for a few days around your time and I was worried like you, but then they came back with avengence. They do come & go. I hope the 2nd trimester isn't as worrisome as 1st! I'm a first class worrierX

The worrying drives me nuts. Could they see where the spotting was from last week? They couldn't with mine but they did say I could carry on getting more after. It did stop eventually. I know what you mean about symptoms going, I googled it loads and worried myself sick.
I'm 12w3d. Went for dating scan yesterday and felt loads more real and do feel better with worry after seeing they're well & big.
Hope the spotting stops soon Pip

Sorry you are having worries ladies but it is totally normal for the symptoms to disappear and for you to worry about that. I worried about still being preggers right up until about a week despite my ever increasing belly. It's only really when you get the movements that you can be reassured in that way but do try to enjoy the time you feel good and are not feeling sick and just have faith it will be ok xx

Hi :)

Anyone about in the first tri?
Found out last Sunday we have got a bfp, was really shocked as we have been together 13 years and it has never happened naturally before, we have 1 gorgeous little man through ivf :)
Have a midwife appointment booked next Wednesday then fingers crossed can get a scan appointment not long after, can't wait to see what's going on in there!!!

Would be lovely to talk with others, help keep each other sane at this scary time!!!

Oh Cheenab that is the most fantastic news. Haivng been in your shoes I do remember the absolute shock when we fell pg naturally. We hadn't been trying as such we were just waiting to wait our FET and it happened. I only did a POAS to speed along my AF and when it came back positive i nearly fell over and immediately drove to local shop and bought 2 more. Weird thing is it happened again for us as we were starting our FET this time too!!

Enjoy it and hope the mw and scan go well.

Congrats Pip! Enjoy this really special time x

Hi everyone I'm 7w today! This is my second natural bfp! We had ICSI due to sperm issues but on top of that I also had blocked tubes! When I conceived naturally with DD my clinic offered an early scan to rule out ectopic. They can no longer scan people who aren't patients but my gp has organised a scan for me on monday, I'm excited and nervous! Looking forward to getting to know you all and sharing our exciting journeys! Anyone got many symptoms I feel sick pretty much 24/7 and if I sit still for 5 mins I fall asleep!!! Just having a cup of ginger tea to try and stop me feeling sick!! X

A few of us in here :)
So pleased to hear of all your BFP's.
Jasper, Net how strange we are all expecting the same sort of times again ;)

I'm either 6wks 3d or 12wks, my last proper period was before Christmas but I was really poorly over new year with pneumonia, had a couple of days of light spotting beginning of feb, so I'm not sure if it was actually a period or not. Just hoping it was from feb, as had so many antibiotics and chest X-rays during January and one in feb, so worried if I was pg then what affects it has had on baby.

Promised myself if I was ever lucky enough to fall pg again I wouldn't obsessive and worry about everything, so far not working rotf everytime I convince myself everything is fine I get niggles and cramps that make me question it all :(
I have had a bit of nausea on and off but nothing too bad, peeing like anything and really sore boobs!!! And my hair keeps falling out loads, that is actually one of the reasons I tested because I thought surely that isn't normal ;)
Have been trying to persuade DP to let me book a private dating scan but he's not having any of it, just telling me to be patient and wait!! Easier said than done.
So mw Wednesday and hopefully she'll take pity on me and Rush a scan ;)

Hope all you ladies are well?
Anyone catch the eclipse? I missed it went straight to bed at 8.30am after a night shift :(

My symptoms have eased, I should feel releived but obviously I am worrying!

I expected the eclipse to be darker!!! Night shift??? I thought you worked at a school??

I spent the evening with friends last night, it was great but I just feel like I'm lying to everyone! I did tell a friend yesterday. I'm being her bridesmaid in 10 weeks, fingers crossed my dress fits!! ::P I was worried she'd go all bridezilla on me about hen do and wedding but she didn't, she screamed with excitement! !!

Looking forward to getting some rest over weekend while DH is home! X

Hey all

Cheenab and jasper I love these natural BFP stories! My nausea is horrendous, I was off work for a week with it at 6 weeks then it eased a bit and then yesterday it was back with a vengeance. Spent the day on the sofa. Boobs not sore at all this time round but soooo tired, I'm usually asleep by 9.30!

Cheenab you have good willpower, think I would have caved for a private Scan by now! I have another scan on Friday and now waiting for my booking in appointment.

Happy weekend all x

I really don't net rotf it's dp putting his foot down ;)
We are going on holiday next Friday, just kind of want to know all is ok before then so I can relax and enjoy it!!

Still working at the school part time jasper, but started this new job about 6 weeks ago, 2 nights a week doing reception work at travelodge, nice easy money and it works so we don't have to rely on anyone really.
I was asleep by 8.30pm last night was sooooo shattered, and didn't wake till 8am this morning, must of needed it!!!!
Had a little wobble and done another test this morning, still a nice strong line just wish these worrying days would hurry and pass!!!!!

So glad your friend was ok about it jasper :) not long now till your scan, what time monday is it?
Hope the sickness eases off again soon Net, I've had a day or two of it and that was bad enough couldn't imagine having it all the time!!!

Hi to everyone else, hope your all doing ok xx

Job sounds great Cheenab! I was offered a part time job recently, it was perfect but between interview and being offered it I got my bfp so decided to turn it down as it would just be too much. Been feeling so ill, I'm glad I did!

We're off on holiday on Friday too! Just 4 days in Weymouth on a Sun holiday! Really can't wait, it will be a lovely start to school holidays!

Scan is at 11.30 tomorrow. I'm very nervous! Will probably go on my own, my mum is coming but not sure I want her in the room as its internal!

Have a good Sunday everyone! X

Jasper hope the scan went well and you got to see you LO wriggling about.

Great news Cheenab that your DP has relented.

Claire sorry I've no advice I've always gone privately for antenatal but believe you need to ring midwife and get a booking in appt. Then from that you get your 12 week scan. If you can't wait that long it's possible to get a private scan from about 7 weeks to check what's going on. But huge congratulations on your fab surprise xx

Phew everything was fine.....little tiny baby with heart beating and snuggled in where it should be and not in my tubes. Such a relief. Counting down til 12 weeks scan now!

Congratulations Emma! What a lovely suprise! If you call midwives they will arrange a booking in appt that takes place at about 8-10 weeks. I called at 5 weeks. I hear they are expecting a baby boom after release of 50 shades of grey so get booked in!

Just can't stop smiling. ...your turn tomorrow Cheenab! X

A lovely little heartbeat seen today :)
She has only dated me at 5+5, after thinking about it though my cycles are usually 35days anyway so that works out right instead of the 7wks I thought. So not as far as I thought but she was really positive about seeing the heartbeat this strong so early on :)

Thank you both :)
It's finally starting to sink in now, I never thought I would get to say im pregnant again :)
Really going to try and enjoy every second, I worried so much through my last pregnancy.
Told my parents earlier, my mum only thought I was showing her one of Zachary's scan photos haha!!! Then she burst out crying. Now just hope she can keep it to herself!!!

Sorry emma missed your post earlier,
Welcome and congratulations, give her a call anytime they usually ask how far you are roughly then arrange the appointment :)

Thanks xx

Surreal isn't it and like you say you have to try and enjoy it but its all such a worry! What a lovely reaction from your mum. My mum has told loads of people which is annoying but only because she's excited.

I have been a bit naughty and ordered some maternity clothes in the Next sale newshy I contempmated returning them as its still so early. But they were such bargains I have decided to keep them and keep tags on so worst case I can return/sell on. I don't have anything (maternity or baby stuff) so its hard to resist a bargain as I know its not worth spending a fortune as stuff isn't used for long. That's how I'm justifying ut anyway!

My symptoms have eased a bit today which was a welcome releif! I seem to ve having 3 terrible days followed by an easier day. School holidays are hoing to be exhausting!!!! zzzz

How is everyone feeling? I have been doing really well and had no symptoms at all at times but today I have hit a wall.......I am beyond tired! I feel likea zzombie and my eyes are all puffy! I think its just catch up from being so busy as it's school holidays. Really want an early night tonight but I have a mountain of ironing and need to pack as we are going away for a few days tomorrow. Going to visit the inlaws and tell them the good news! I'm actually quite nervous as there are no families of more than 2 children on DH's side of the family. Even his parents are both only 1/2 I think they will think we are mad!!!! I've got my first midwife appt nxt week, I'll be nearly 10 weeks by then.

The other day I swore I felt the baby move, very low and just a little thud/bubbly feeling. Thinking it was far too soon I googled it and it seems with 3rd pregnancies some ppl feel movement from as early as 7 weeks! Crazy to think it took til nearly 20 weeks with DS to notice anything!

Hope you all have a great Easter. X :easter2:

Hello

I'm 10+1 today, still feeling sick on and off but like you Jasper the tiredness is killing me! It's so hard with a toddler in tow, and DD also has a cold, teething and conjunctivitis so she is miserable and hard work!

I think I have felt the same popping jasper - and I didn't feel DD until 24 weeks! I swear it's the same as I had with DD. It might not be though!

Have my 12 week scan 13 April, when is yours?

Hi Cheenab how are things?

Any more in the first tri?

Hi ladies!!

I too have felt a kinda popping feeling, just sort of shrugged it off as wind!! But who knows!!! ;)
My symtoms keep coming and going but I'm usually in bed by 9pm every night!!! Apart from last night was at work till 8am this morning, was sooooo shattered!!! Full of a cold too so that's really not helping, have had to take some paracetomal, I really didn't want to but felt so lousy!!!
Got my scan date today for the 1st may, seems so long away!! 4 weeks and counting, I think I'll be just over 12 weeks then going by what they said at the last scan.

Hope it goes well with the in laws jasper, enjoy your few days away :)
Have you got much planned for over Easter Net?

Hello everyone
Hope you all are fine and first trimester is going smoothly for you.
I was in the jublingo January Chatter
I am 10w2d today.
symptoms are really sore boobs, but I think that's due to all the progrsterone injections im taking and presseries. indigestion too when I eat chocolate and apple (so far I noticed)
And I have now developed an itch which is really really irratating and it started 8w4d
I hate it and it's really bad leaving me with rashes and scratches! Has/is anyone else experiencing this? I have searched online and it's all the same old same.... hormones!!!

My midwife appointment is on the 7th and the 12 weeks scan is on the 16th April

Hello babyh! Glad to see a fellow jubilingo January here.
Glad all is still well. Have you had more scans at the clinic yet?

So am 10+6 today, sickness still here, almost threw up in London bridge station today ;(

Bump has well and truly popped out, I have about two things that fit me for work at the moment, plus trusty boxy jacket to hide my tummy. The warmer weather is really starting to become an issue! I didn't have a bump like this until about 18 weeks with DD.

Jasper, Cheenab how are you both?

Anyone else in first tri?

Welcome babyh!

My tummy is huge!!! Extra poubds as I can't stop eating and have stopped running and general bloating and trapped wind! I'm sure I saw a friend looking at it earlier today!!!!

I still feel sick alot and am extremely tired. I have a four year old and 2 year old to keep entertained and it's wearing me out! Absolutely loving having my boy home during the school holidays and will miss him when he's back at school nxt week.

Mw appt on Thursday, I wonder if it will start to feel real???? X

Hi ladies :)
Welcome baby h :)
Maybe worth mentioning the itching to the mw, see if they have any ideas?
How did the in laws take the news jasper? Saw your piccies on fb, looks like you all had lots of fun :)
Hi Net, did you have a nice easter weekend? Sorry to hear the sickness is still around, hope it eases off for you after the 12 week mark.
I keep having a lot of nausea but up until this afternoon I haven't actually been sick!! Ds had a poo on the potty went to empty it and clean it out (usually no problems!!) next thing I know I'm at the toilet throwing my guts up, was awful :(
Just back from a lovely meal with the girls from work, was lovely but all the way through just kept feeling so sick!!!
My belly seems to have popped out also, I'm not exactly skinny anyway but there definitely seems to be more of a firmer podge forming :P

Good luck for Thursday jasper, then hopefully not long till you get a scan date through :)
Not long till your scan either net, bet your excited :) have you told anyone already? xx

I have managed to avoid actually being sick but it's funny you say about pottys as that was really turning my stomach too but luckily DD has started to go on toilet!!!

In laws were very excited and shocked, I was worrying about nothing!!! We travelled about 3.5 hours in car to get there, it felt like forever!

DD is at nursery today so hoping for an easier day just with DS. X

Morning ladies. I had my first scan last Wednesday and seen the little heartbeat. Went in convinced I'd be getting bad news as I feel no diff at all but there it was. The relief was indescribable. So then I felt no diff but blimey today I'm so exhausted and feeling absolutely awful :-( tried toast there and it went down but the aftermath isn't good I feel like I could throw up. Hope everyone had a nice Easter I got a few family members and friends told as to be honest my tummy is most def getting bigger and I'm only 9 weeks! Big babies run in my partners family though whic scares me as I'm only 5ft lol! Was discharged from my fertility clinic last week so waiting on my GP to refer me to normal maternity unit and hopefully get my 12 week scan soon! X

Net me and you are exactly same timing I am exactly 11w today just like you. When's your EDD?? Mine is in 28/10/15
Because EC was 04/02/15
I have been having scan every week since finding out I'm pregnant

It looks like most of you ladies are feeling nausea or being sick? Luckily I have avoided this. Is there something wrong with me?
I am still on my medication
Gestone, prednisolone, Levothyroxine, aspirin Clexane and cyclogest
I am still under my clinic, 13 week will be my last week after I have a 12 week scan next Thursday with local hospital, when ARGC (my clinic) will review all my medication and then I'll be going back once a month. Had my first midwife app yesterday, midwife never had heard of this itch? It is common in pregnancy though. 30% of pregnant women get it. I have still taken blood test just to rule out any liver disorder!
Maisymoon congrats in seeing the heartbeat

I am under 5 foot around 4.9 so I can imagine how u are feeling. Hubby is 5.11
I was a size 6/8 now I am wearing size 10/12 clothes
I have been big since my egg collection and none of my clothes fit me!! I haven't told anyone apart from immediate family and already people can see that I am, it's pretty obvious!

Hope all you lovely ladies are ok and your sickness gets better. x
