Miss purple- just noticed your ticker says you have 209 days but it should say 196. Might be worth redoing it. Less days we have till baby in our arms the better lol

HI pregnant ladies!!!

i have not been on here since leaving july jellybellies, as couple of days after my transfer my dad was taken to hospital with stomach pain turned out it was cancer and had spread to his bones and he took and turn for the worse and passed away 2 days after my test date :bawl: luckily i got to tell him the good news
its been the worst month of my life as we were such a close family my mum and dad were together since they were 17!! (now 65) i have 2 sisters and we are getting through it together [zx127]
I was sure that this wasnt going to work as i was so stressed and upset so to see a [zx076] on tuesday at my scan was amazing, husband and myself in floods and then telling mum and sisters was a great feeling after all the bad luck weve had!
This is a miracle baby and i feel my dad is watching over and helping this baby along :angel2:
I wish you all good luck with your baby journeys and enjoy xxxxxx

Kittenlove dont give up yet it is not unheard of ,I am thinking of you ,what did they say next?
Elena I am so sorry this carry on like this ;(

to top up the bad news.....;(
As for me I also SPOTed today brown stretchy discharge so I am very worried but .....there is no much that can be done ....,I am 6w2d and just hope this was a fluke spotting , with my first unsucsessful pregnancy I never had a spotting so just keep thinking that the spotting maybe left over from the implantation?old blood but why in a jelly stretchy like discharge anyone?
I am not going to panic just yet and wont call the clinic just yet as I know what they will say and my scan is on tuesday what do you girls think?

My friend told me that most pregnant ladies get period pain but mine is stronger because my periods are v painful. I soooo much hope she s right too!!!

Hi Everyone

Unfortunately I have also had a scare this afternoon. Went to the bathroom and to my horror I had pink/brown on my pantyliner. Came straight home and to bed. It seems to have stopped for now. Not sure what to think.

Why is this so hard?!

Am going to do hpt tomorrow.

mim/elena hope you are both ok.

Hey Ladies,

Such a frightening time these pregancies are causing us.

Hope everyone is ok doing.

afm
On monday after work i called my doctor to see if the could do anything for my sickness, to my delight i was given some anti sickness tablets. At first i didn't want to take them as i didn't want to take anythong that can harm lo but thought why give the to me if i can't so tuesday morning i took one they actually worked but the big down side was i knocked out for the rest of day and made me feel terrible. My poor son had to spend all day in bed with me just because i couldn't get up just had no energy. So thats the end of them not taken therm again. So now i going to thank my lucky stars that im pregnant and just get on with it.
We had out booking in app with midwife Thursday was so excited and glad thats all done just waiting for my 12 week scan date to come through and also we have to see the consultant with this pregancy too so lots of appointments and scans hopefully.

Thanks Elena I'm good.. doing a lot of retail therapy lately jut to keep me busy and get me out of the house to pass the time. Plus, it's lovely weather so no excuse really. Saying that though it's clouding over now, grr!
Looking forward to my scan and it FINALLY seems to be nearer. (Thursday woohoo!)
Sounds like you're managing your well, that's good - and I do hope at your scan it shows everything is just fine and its just "one of those things" that some of us have to put up with  .

Hi Girls hope you have a nice weekend,
Sorry I have been away and have not posted just been so busy catching up with my work as after I came out of hospital it was a mess ,
Elena this is better news I have everything crossed the spotting stops asap
Miss Purple not long now not long ;)
Kazzy it is so nice to have you back I wouldn’t take them if they have such effects but hopefully soon you will feel better I wish my ms is back but not
Hayley thank you for asking hun I have not updated my diary I think I am getting very panicked again ;)
My spotting well stretchy brownish thing was once of by the looks of it ,it didn’t come back ,but what I got now is yellowish (tmi sorry) stretchy stuff now and then ,anybody?
My breasts as from yesterday don’t really hurt I am 6w4d today and worried that no sore breast and no ms = mc , I am dreading my scan on Tuesday I want to live in the happy bubble that nothing can go wrong ,but I also really want to know is there a baby with a hb there ,and truly hope , I don’t know every doctor says it is unlikely another abnormal baby again but who knows? why are my symptoms improved ? I take a pg test every morning ,I know what you guys think but I do it is the only thing I got control over and my tests look the same they are not fainter just the same dark so I hope this means my hcg is ok . I got this terrible rush on my face /eczema like since the past 10 days , I am not sure what it is , as I have lupus but my rushes with lupus are not under my chin normally ,does anyone know anything? I am waiting for my rheumatologist to call me on Tuesday to talk about it ,otherwise I have spent the day sleeping and sleeping I have not lost the tiredness at all but it could be the progesterone pessaries that play trick and make me soo tired ….
and I cant get enough salty stuff and yoghurt why?

Hi Everyone

Mim - Glad to have you back. Hope your ohss is now under contol. Due to what happened to me on Friday I have read up tons over the weekend on early pregnancy bleeding. It looks like brown/pink isn't actually anything to get too worried about and is common. Especially for the time you and I are in as this is when we would be having a period. Like you I am rally worried about my scan but I have decided what will be will be. Just need to be patient for another 2 weeks!

Elena - glad the pains are feeling better. Think over the next few months there will be quite a few changes to our bodies! xfingers

MissPurple - good luck for Tuesday!!!

Kazzy - hope the ms is not too bad.

Sarahlou - I hope you are ok. Sorry to hear what a hard time you have been having!

I seem to be ok. My b00bies are killing! I guess that has to be a sign my hormones are ramping up. I don't have any ms but I am on steroids and these can keep sickness at bay. In case anyone thinks this is a good reason to be on them I'm afraid there is a long list of nasty side effects they give ;( But if they help me to keep this little one they are worth it!

Just a 4 day week, then on hols to Spain for a week then my scan. Hopefully a few days in the sunshine will help pass the time. I am finding this is dragging worse than the 2ww. I just desperately want to know if there is a heartbeat. xfingers

Hi Mim

Lots of immune issues I'm afraid. I am properly drugged up this cycle. Met the mw on Friday and gave her the long list: Clexane, calcium, high dose folic acid vit b6 & b12, high dose Utrogestan, intrallipid infusions, thyroxine, prednisoline.

But, it has to be said this is the first time I have ever managed to get a bfp. None of my issues cause any problems on a day to day basis. They just make it too easy for my body to reject an embryo.

If you are worried about spotting have a look online. Tons of people get spotting in early pregnancy. It seems as long as it isn't heavy and red and cramping it is fairly common and lots of ladies go on to have a successful pregnancy. I know how scary it is. I left work in tears on Friday thinking it was over and very short-lived. I am just taking it really easy this weekend and the bleeding does, so far, seem to have stopped.

Only a couple more days for you to wait now. Will be thinking of you.
6 cycles all BFN.

Mim- my boob soreness has always come and gone and disappeared altogether quite early on.

As for the cm think that is normal and the drugs seem to make it more noticeable.

Hi Mim

I inject Clexane on alternate sides of tummy each night. Make sure you inject in different areas as I have found my skin swells a bit a few days after each injection and then it makes it much more difficult to inject the needle. Make sense?

Good luck honey.

Hello everyone, hopes all is well and you are managing to stay positive and sane :winking: I know it is difficult.

Been off the radar for a while. Period cramping coming and going but no bleeding thank God. Breasts bigger! but sore, and waves of nausea during the day with bad indigestion, mostly at night oddly.

I am slowly going mad though waiting for a date for my first scan. I have recently moved and am inbetween GP's. My last one congratulated me gave me my due date and sent a letter booking me into my local hospital.

I now have to see the practice nurse at my new GP practice to register this Thursday, where I will get a note for the midwife who I cant ring until next Tuesday. I priced an early scan privately but it would cost me 320 smackers!! :faint: so needlesstosay I gave it a miss. LOL I guess I will just have to be patient and  all will be alright.

Anyway must go and attempt to concentrate on work I haven't been the most productive employee recently. Thinking of you all Luv Mols [zx189]

I am going to copy from my diary as i am soo tired
Hi Girls,
I am going to get straight to the point , I had a horrible 22 hours…………..
Last night at 5pm was just finishing a bridal order when I felt like I peed myself ,a gush ,I took off my pants fearing the worst and there I started gushing blood everywhere , I always thought when people say gushing blood they over exaggerated what’s happening ,but it wasn’t it was a Gushing blood, I screamed for my Dh and ran to the bathroom ,put lot of toilet paper and everything was just soaking with blood , I filled 3pads in less than an hour and to my horror I lost a huge piece of my lining ,when I held it (tmi sorry) it filled my hand ,this happened twice ,I kept saying ,but I am not cramping ,I am not sore what is going on , I knew I was miscarrying…….. I kept calm which is so weird ,the bathroom floor looked like we butchered someone at home it was something it will stay in my mind forever, I then told my Dh there is no point rushing to a and e as they will do nothing they can’t sew back the baby or anything ,just called the ivf doctor on call and told him what is going on , he then suggested if I don’t feel ill and don’t pass out etc. to go for the scan today , so I accepted the advice and accepted ,well tried to what is happening , I cannot believe after all that have been trough I have to go through this it is like someone from above is having fun with me ;(
Well I read on internet so much but for about an hour last night to see what people say ,I also came across subchorionic hematoma ,but of course I knew after losing this amount of blood and lining there is nothing ….
So today we went for the scan at 10am , they were on time for a change , I kept saying to my dh how it is my stupid lupus or insulin resistance or thyroid or pcos that is killed yet another baby,,,,,so we walked in I couldn’t wait even a second and told the sonographer that I had miscarried I told her are you going to confirm and she said ,she needs to make sure it is not partial mc……to our shock she said ,I see the baby ,,,,,,then seconds later she said it has heartbeat ….I lost it ,so did my dh ,we burst into tears and she panicked ,she asked if we wanted to be left alone , I said no carry on , she measured everything she said baby measures fine ,but my lining has gone thinner due to the loss also I have a subchorionic hematoma where the sac is and the other concern of hers is that baby’s heart rate was 96 bpm,she did say it is a bit slow ,then the doctor came he seemed to be more concerned about the hb ,but I read at 6w2d(as the scan dated it at that and not 6w6d like I thought) is normally between 90-110 ,,the doctor said he likes to see it around 120,so I don’t know what to think anymore….one minute I am miscarrying the next I see a baby there, I need people with any stories to share please ,I have been booked for the 5th September to see the EPU to see if baby will die or it will have better heart rate. My Dh keeps saying he is not worried about the hb he is worried about the hematoma ,I am totally shocked never did I think my life will go from one mess to the next ,I feel like handicap woman that has failed to do what I was supposed to do …I am happy to see it there and with hb but knowing that I need a miracle now….I have a question what was your baby hb at +-6w2d?

OMG Mim how totally totally horrible. I too don't know the answers to your questions hun - I hope somebody can shed some light for you soon, but didn't want to read and not post how sorry I am that you've gone through all that! Great news that baby is A-OK. DO NOT feel like you are inferior in any way to providing your little one with the environment it needs. Whatever happens is out of your control and is certainly not your fault. Many [zx127] from me, will be thinking of you. Stay strong with your husband through this nasty time :-( . :cuddle

Hi ladies hope you're all OK, thinking of you Mim.

Big fat welcome to Shell  - lovely news re: scan

AFM becoming evermore anxious/nervous/ mostly excited about my scan tomorrow. ^^ However it's also D-Day to tell the boss (all being well at scan, ofcourse) and to tell her i'll be back at work for 3 weeks after Maternity Leave - to commence my next lot of Mat Leave. The day after she's completed my reference for Uni to hopefully leave next year anyway. Oh the joys! She's a horrible woman, taking fiance as a barrier if she kicks off, haha. Joking aside, she can go swing.
