Gastroeneteritis!!

Hi all well yesterday i had dreadful pains in my tummy and ended up with really bad diarrhoea so i went to see my gp and he said it wouldn't effect my baby but to rest up and get plenty of fluids.
But since then ive had really bad back ache on and off and pains in my cervix but ive had them since i found out im pregnant but it just seems a bit more frequent at the moment.
I have my next midwife appointment on the 14th of september but i was wondering if any one else had suffered with this.

Hi Zoe. Best bet is to phone your MW if you're worried. If nothing else, it will at least put your mind at rest.
