Stretching when I wake up - Is it normal?

I'm 6 weeks,recently noticed that when I wake up in the morning,I stretch,It happens often,without any meaning
I'm so scared
why does it happen,am I normal

I'm afraid I don't quite understand your question. Do you mean that you stretch your body when you wake up, like a big yawn? If so, then yes, thats perfectly normal.

I have done that too throughout my pregnancy so I do know what you mean but I am not sure why exactly.

I bet every member on here stretches when she/he wakes up in the moring, pregnant or not! You haven't moved much during your sleep, so a stretch is the way your body wakes up your mucles and get some oxygen into your lungs!





My journey has now ended. 6 babies in Heaven.

Sorry Ninka but this made me laugh :D

I bet you've 'noticed' more things since you found out you were pregnant. Twinges that you would normally ignore, aches, pains and sickness... but seriously .... yawning and stretching when you wake up? :snigger: Why would you think that was something to be scared of??
