Am i losing my baby?

Hi everyone,

Im more of a lurker/reader than a poster but i hope you can help me?

I am almost 9 weeks pregnant (clomid baby) and today went to the loo snd when i wiped theree was red blood, not thick actually quite watery, and soon after had mild cramping which has now stopped. but i feel very heavy down below....

Does this sound like im having a m/c?

Bleeding can happen in pregnancy but my opinion is that you get yourself to a doctor/A&E as soon as possible so they can check you over. Take care.

I'm sorry you're so worried Naomi.

Nobody can tell you what's happening without giving you a scan but this thread should help explain what bleeding can mean.

Thanks so much you guys,

well called my off duty midwife i explained everything she said pretty much what you have said, that it could be a lot of things and although she could send me to the hospital and see the on call obgyn (i live in germany so no epu) it was possible i would be waiting for a long long time as he is also on the delivery suite delivering babies (as is the norm here)
sooooo i said i would speak to my husband and get back in touch, in the meantime everything stopped, no more blood or pains.

rang mw back she said that as nothing was now urgent she recommended even more to wait till working hours on monday, so ill ring again tommorow with an update on how im doing.
And i guess make a decision from there as to wether i need a scan.
I think i will anyway to put my mind at rest

but im crossing my fingers that my little beanie has decided he/she does like it in there afterall.

thanks again everyone your all so lovely, buckets and buckets of glue and dust for you all xxxxxxxxxx blowkiss

I'm glad it's eased off and you're feeling better. Still think it'd be good to get checked over tomorrow, just to be on the safe side. xfingers

Good news x

Hi everyone,

thankyou so much for all your messages of support, you really are such a great bunch of women

Well it seems all is ok, ive not had a scan its booked for 3 weeks today.

the bleeding did not come from my front, it came from my back, it was form a bleeding pile! the cramps were coincidental or stress related at the sight of the blood.

i know that is good news but im sooo embarrased and feel so stupid also feel awful for what feels like a fraudlent post on here when so many others really are suffering.

so yet again would like to say a huge thankyou to you all, and baby dust and glue to everyone xxx

Love naomi

Oh, don't feel silly! I can imagine many would have assumed the same as you did. You didn't know and so your fears and feelings were honest ones. I am have never told anyone that I am pleased they have piles before but here goes - I am very pleased you have piles! (and a baby!)

Im so glad to hear everything is ok , i cant imagine how scary it must of been but its good to know it was just a pile and nothing else but all the same it must of been a shock at the time , you were right to come on here and get some advice if nothing else it would have calmed you down a little till you found out what was what...
