Antenatal scans and testing with twins

I've just seen kara's thread about NT scans on First Tri chat and it reminded me I had questions about how these scans/tests are carried out with twins and if there are any complications?

My PCT now routinely do NT as well as the triple blood test - I think as part of the 12 week scan. I'm assuming a blood test won't be much use with twins...?

TIA

Hi Roxy

I had a scan and the blood tests done and then got a risk figure for each twin. Although it's difficult with the bloods they are still able to do it.
