Hi Knighty
i've been suffering too - migraine type headaches on one side of my head with sickness too. They've actually got worse since i hit 12 weeks which surprised me. I spoke to a friend of mine who suffered too and she is convinced hers were due to oestragon (not sure if thats spelt right). It made sense as i used to get headaches when i was on the pill many moons ago and was put on the mini pill instead as it contained less oestragon. if you look on the internet there are ways of reducing oestragon through your diet which i have started to try (not microwaving, certain spices etc) and so far i seem to be ok. Other than that all i can recommend is paracetemol and a lie down i'm afraid!
Hope that helps and you feel better soon

Headaches in early pregnancy are quite common, and are a combination of hormaones(again!), tiredness, dehydration, poor diet if you're feeling sick etc.
Paracetamol is safe if you want to take it. Have pleny of fluids, try and eat little and often if you can, and rest as much as poss.
If things get worse, then speak to your midwife or GP.
