Thanks cheenab. Hope things are well with you x

Pip I would definitely cut out her naps altogether even for a while to see how she gets on. R would get sleepy around 3pm too and would fall asleep if we were in the car etc. I just wake him though as soon as we get home. If we're in the house and he's tired I can usually distract him or maybe let him have a bit of quiet time watching tv or something for a while and then he seems to get past the sleepiness and is OK until bedtime. Saying that though it hasn't worked for me tonight! Had him in bed sleeping just after 8pm and then he woke again at 9.45. Only just got him back to bed!!

Hi pip, I'm still just on the spray and hoping it's doing what it's supposed to. I'd thought with having to pay for this cycle I might have had a few more appointments but I've just been left to get on with things. I start the tablets on Saturday so will be glad to have moved on to the next stage. Tracking scan is on 21st and then hopefully ET a week later. Still doesn't really feel like it's happening as apart from a few headaches I haven't had any side effects from the spray. Not that I'm complaining about that lol! I feel like I should be doing more to prepare but can't remember what I did the last time.

How is everyone else? Pip, has the sleeping improved? xx

I bet you’ll be glad once the tablets start. They made me feel really sick with my last cycle but not on the first one for some reason!

Everything is so crossed for you!

My poor big girl is ill and has been off school since Tuesday and it’s her birthday tomorrow. Feel sorry for her as we had a trip to London planned today. Hoping she’ll be better for the big day. Then my birthday Sunday and half term to enjoy. What has everyone got planned? Xx

Thanks ladies. Started the progynova at the weekend and no side effects so far. Just hope everything is working. Tracking scan isn't until next Wednesday. Can anyone remember doing anything in particular during treatment that you think helped your chances? I'm starting to panic that I should be doing something but just don't know what!

Hope the visit isn’t too stressful!! I lived with my in laws for some months during building works and wow it was hard!!! Even harder with my own parents though I reckon!

Ashastar I think I drank milk during fresh cycle - but for frozen I honestly just tried to chill out more than anything else. I had two frozen cycles when my lining didn’t thicken and I swear it was due to stress as when I relaxed a bit more I got my bfp. Now it’s orobably just me looking back with rose tinted glasses and all that but you never know, and easier said than done isn’t it. With E I was so distracted by L I didn’t really have time to think about anything to do with tx! I guess just drink lots of water, try and get lots of sleep etc etc. Good luck!!

Off away today in our van for two nights. It’s gonna be -1 at night time - agh we are mad!!! Thank god it’s got central heating but still. Have to get out of the house though as kids driving me a bit crazy as it’s been quite wet. E moved into a proper single bed last night. She looks so tiny but she slept so well in it. She’s such a fidgit I thought a bigger bed might help and it seems to have worked!

Hi heather, I'm doing ok thanks. Just feel really tired all the time but don't know if that's actually anything to do with the medication or not. Work is very busy and stressful and R is keeping me on my toes so finding time to relax is pretty much impossible. It's only 10 days now to my transfer so it's all suddenly starting to feel very real. Starting freaking myself out last night by looking up success rates etc for the clinic and now I have a bit of a negative head on. I don't know why I did it because obviously I know the odds of this process are never in anyone's favour.

How are you? Have your parents gone home yet?

Net, hope you enjoyed your wee break away.

Hope anyone else still reading is good xx

Hey everyone, all good here except R has turned into a nightmare at night! He has started waking during the night and crying until I let him come into bed with us. At first he was only staying 10 minutes and then would go back to his own room but last night I couldn't get him shifted! Then tonight when I tried to put him to bed he screamed the house down. Ended up having to lie with him for an hour in our bed before he went to sleep! Does anyone have any advice? I have obviously started a bad habit by letting him into our bed but I don't know how to break it. I can't just leave him to cry. Help!

I had my scan yesterday and all going ahead for ET on Wednesday! Starting to now worry that my embie won't survive the thaw!!

How is everyone else? xx
