When I was pregnant, I spent a lot of time searching in here to find out about other multiple pregnancies. My fellow NCT'ers were all pregnant with singletons, and they didn't have the same worries as I did (essentially soul searching about planned c-sections, fear of early delivery etc).

I've added polls below about the outcomes of multiple pregnancy, if you are a proud mama of twinnies, please fill it in if you fancy it.

Like you, Mavis, I spent a good part of my pregnancy worrying about premature delivery and the associated problems only to go to nearly 38 weeks - such a waste of energy!

I ticked emergency c section ,though it was only a CAT 3 (still classed as emergency) after failed Induction....don't know if you want to add that as another option to your poll!

I only just spotted this poll, I just ended up in the 34-37 weeks section as my twins were born at 36w6d! I wanted a NVD, but the Drs decided the whip 'em out because Lukas looked a lot smaller than Finn and they didn't want to leave them in any longer. In the end the difference was only about half a pound, and I think they would have happily stayed put for a while longer.

I had an emergency c-section after a failed induction at 38+2.

The results are very interesting to see. I was hoping to be induced and have a NVD at 38 weeks or a planned c-section if twin 2 remained breech. I ended up going for my 32 week scan, getting diagnosed with severe pre-eclampsia and having an emergency c-section.

Oct 08 - March 09 = 6x cycles of Clomid all :BFN:

started Ovulation Induction

June 09:Menapur 75 and Pregnyl - :BFN:

July 09: Menapur 150 and Pregnyl - :BFN:

I never saw the latest poll before, I had a feeling my boy/boy twins were in the minority! It does seem that the girls are indeed taking over the world, as if every baby has a 50% chance of being a girl, then there should be 25% girl/girl 25% boy/boy and 50% boy/girl. My scrumptious adorable little boys will obviously be in demand

Added my Boy/Boy Twinnies too, to make up the numbers! Happy to provide a response for the natural AND C-Section delivery option too. I wish i'd been able to read through al the info/ these forums in the pregnancy but i was too sick to read a screen or books, so it's really interesting to read all about everyone with twins now.
