Dooey, weirdly enough I missed being pregnant in the first 2 weeks.
it's kind of faded now, but it's a weird thing to miss when you have your baby isn't it?
What strange things motherhood does to us eh? :snigger:

Congrats grace, what a good weight for 4 weeks early :8o: dread to think what he would've weighed if you'd gone full term :snigger:
Hope you're settling in well - see you on parenting chat

Hi to everyone else - good luck all the very soon to be mums!

Hi everyone Poppit good luck hope all goes well.
Thanks everyone for your kind comments it made me feel as though I'm not alone and that I have people who know what I'm going through. I also feel a bit more normal, or as normal can be. I think I'm begining to panic as to what kind of mother I'll be and if I will cope with it. I think these are all normal worries. I have the mw on Friday and I'll see what that will bring. I also have a scan booked for 16th so I can't wait to see my lo again. I haven't had a scan since I was 13 weeks so feel as though that was ages ago.
I hope that those waiting to have their lo's don't have too long to wait and that we will have some baby news on here soon.

Christine xx

Keep happy and healthy xxx

Sooz TJ's skin is getting there, Still snake peeling but the olive oil and aqueos cream helping a lot, His feet and neck is now clear :D Glad Freddies skin has cleared.

Poppit hope you get on ok, will be thinking of you and eagerly awaiting your news

Christine I felt like this too, Its totally normal but once your Lo arrives everything will come togther perfectly :D

Jane sorry your not feeling too great hun, Its pants your bring sick again, Hope the time til your maternity comes quick for you and you can get a long deserved rest.

Not much news from me, Doing fine, everyday just feels like a continuation of day before, Dont know when things will start to feel settled again.
Pelvic floor still needs work :snigger: Oh and the piles :O OMG after the birth it just felt like one massive pile but it is settling slighly.

Been a busy few days so not been on much... I see we have another baby... CONGRATULAYIONS GRACE!!!

Hope you get some news soon Poppitt!

I have 32 days left until due date, I've made it my mission to pack hospital bag this week, still got 3 more weeks at work and am concerned the packing of the bags will make it all seem more real and I might go into panic mode... still so much to do!

Baby is really active at the moment. I know he/ she is head down but I worry with all this moving he/ she will turn the wrong way... does that happen?!?!

Anyways, hope you are all feeling well!

well back now. peanut eventually woke up so they were happy n i came home
been have a few contractions and the ward said go home, tea, bath, tylex, sex n bed :snigger: if they get stronger to come back in as it is my 3rd it could be a fast delivery (hour n a half last time!)
failing that keep my appt at the ADU tomoz!

feta cheese n olives :yumyum:

christine sounds perfectly normal to me. i think we all go thru the self doubt esp. when the dates are getting nearer as its a huge change in your life and added responsibility :hugs:

hope everyone else is :thumbsup2:

Morning all,

Dooey i read your birth story, sounds like you had a tough time but im glad your all home safe and well.

Sooz, sorry to hear Freddie has colic and hope it clear up soon (i remember my friends little one screaming from colic and it was scary).

Good luck Poppit, hope everything goes well and you got some more contractions during the night

Chrsitine, another scan is so exciting esp if you havent had one since 13 weeks, i have my 34 week scan next Monday and cant wait (but worried i will panic if LO is rather big already :snigger:)

Pammy, im glad TJs skin is getting better, i can imagine things are a bit hectic but sure it will all settle down soon.

Dilly, its so exciting you are getting your bag packed but know what you mean about it seeming real, i have got as far as only planning to make a list tomorrow for what i need.

Hi to Sacha, Lisa and everyone else i missed.

Im in for another long day today as have a late meeting til 7pm X( then off to aqua natal but first im going to head to the canteen for a roll with sausage and tattie scone as a treat :yumyum:

Im off work tomorrow though and have a list of things to do in the morning then rest in afternoon
