AMH Levels

HI Sorry I have no idea about the drug dhea but wanted to let you know that even with a low amh you can get a BFP. When I was checked I was a miserable 1.7 after first round of ICSI I got 6 follies, 2 we're replaced i got a BFP but had a chemical pregnancy. 2nd go again 6 follies, 2 replaced again BFP. My almost 3 year old son is a result I was so downhearted when I got my result, some clinics won't even treat a lady with a amh level of 1.5 or lower!! My consultant said don't worry I got a BFP w...

Help with giving water to 8 mth old

Hiye I never had this problem with water but had it with milk and still do lol! My sis gave me a tip if and when my ds was sick and wouldn't drink, am not sure if this helps or not but she sugggested soaking a clean sponge in drinking/bottled water and letting him suck on that? Also my uncle is a GP and used to laugh at me (this didn't help at me panicking over ds not drinking/eating). His advice was, is he sick/tired/showing any signs of being unwell? To which the answer was no as he could see ...

First holiday abroad with a toddler - did you use a swim vest or anything similar?

I brought 2 swim suits and tbh one would have done fine. You can rinse them out and leave to dry on balcony. Once they wear a swim nappy they don't even get dirty. Just be sure you get a one with high spf. Try to get long leg and long sleeve ones cause the short means you have to faff about with sun cream on the exposed skin. I bought mine on Amazon from an Australian company. It cost about £30 but was well worth it. I bought the swim seat on amazon age 1-2 and it was perfect size wise. DS had a...

First holiday abroad with a toddler - did you use a swim vest or anything similar?

Hi We went to Spain when DS was 13 months old and I brought swim nappies cause I didn't want the hastle of having to shop for them and when I spotted them in the supermarket they were very expensive for a smaller pack! I bought a full length (arms and legs) spf 50 swimming costume and also a hat to match at amazon. It was brill no suncream needed except for his face and he didn't burn at all. I bought a swim seat and he loved feeling secure whilst kicking away and also being pulled around the po...

newborn who won't sleep in moses basket

Hi Oh I feel for you and hope you get some sleep soon I too had that problem, my lo would only sleep on ourselves or in the carrycot of his pram and I think the reason was the moses basket was too wide and he felt safer in his pram. I don't know if this is a option or not but could you try roll up some baby blankets and put them down the side of her away from his face and at her feet. I don't think your lo will get too hot cause when women are bfing the baby is asleep on them, just make sure she...

New here :-)

Hiye Welcome to FZ I'm with Cleo on this. Change clinics for sure. You do need to have confidence in your clinic and second guessing everything they do is not gonna help you whilst going through a stressful enough time. You may be delayed starting your next tx but it will be so worth it to be treated properly. Best of luck xxx

2 year old refusing food

Hi HH Sorry your going through this, I've gone through this since I first introduced food to C. First it was bottles which he refused point blank. Then it was my food, he'd only eat jars with no lumps. He's since moved onto normal food but still isn't fond of lumps lol. I don't know if this will work for you or not cause your lo is older and might see right through it (my lo is still young enough to be fooled.. sometimes lol) What I do is make dinner time lots of fun. I take every bowl out of th...

Funny things they say

Quoted from "jodiedoo" My niece was visiting me at the weekend. She's 3 and a gorgeous little thing. Anyway I was telling her that I needed to change Casey's nappy. Has he done a wee in his nappy she asks. Yes I reply he has. So off I go and take off his nappy. Oh my god she replies with panic, what's on his bum!! I cried with laughter at this little horrifed innocent thing. I then had to explain to her that Casey being a boy has a willy. She's one of 3 girls and hadn't seen one before. Well sh...
