Anyone starting ivf at Belfast rfc any time soon?

Mostly filling in consent forms, legal stuff first,you get your schedule for your medication(need ur dates of last 2 periods) and you collect all your lovely drugs then u get shown how to inject etc! Allow 2 hours but shouldn't take that long,depends how busy it is x

Hi my time,congrats on getting to top of list! Hope it all goes well for u!when I went to rfc and enquired about short protocol which involves no down regging was looked at like I'd 2 heads! As far as I know they only do standard long protocol-start down regging day 21 and then stims roughly 2 weeks later. Personally I think the shorter one wouldve been a better approach for me as I under stimulated, but it's worked for lots on here so it's hard to know.i might get another cycle at rfc again so ...

Was at the gp today and hes giving me urgent gynae referral to try and sort endometriosis out and see what else going on. But alls good,just back to ttc the old fashioned way,ovulating this week so il be kept busy! tmi sorry! Lol! But if we no further forward by end of September going to try a clinic abroad,made my hubby promise this so it's something to work towards at least xx

Try not to stress Ashlyn,easier said than done I know hun! But your body has been through alot last few weeks too,fingers crossed it's just all the hormones affecting you. Really hope u feeling better soon x never apologise for a rant lol its all I do these days! Xx

Thanks giraffelover,il not lie,it's been a hard few days,and I don't know what to do now x but I'm going to stop raining on everyone's parade! Need some good news posts on here!! Have u had any news yourself about your letter,after the mix up? Really hope u get sorted quickly! Dreams hope u doing well and I'm praying for u and ur scan!! Thanks pb,well good luck whatever u decide,it's so hard I don't blame u for wanting a break.im gonna go to my own gp and ask for gynae referral now since I was only diagnosed with endo at egg retrieval! Il see what that brings too! Was looking at gcrm and emailed them for info this morning,don't know why cos I'm broke! But it's something to aim for I suppose x Didn't know that about higher fertility after cycle! Happy days!!

Il be fine,just have to get on with it now.if they were not strong enough to survive then it's better they didn't take at all rather than have a loss later,I could be alot worse off and I need to just remind myself of that xx hope everyone keeping well xx

Thanks dreams,Yea I probably should go in,il not post my form for few days yet tho cos if it's negative they want period start date suppose I'd need to wait for it. We can't afford private treatment now anyway,so don't know if it'll benefit us much xx

Anyone starting ivf at Belfast rfc any time soon?

I had lovely day thanks ladies,my hubby had taken me down to Dublin on Monday for few nights and it was just what we needed. Was awful upset after my negative test yesterday tho but at least if it's not what we had hoped for tomorrow it won't be such a shock. Thanks everyone for your kind thoughts,really pray tomorrow will tell a different story! Xx
