bad pain in kidney again!

Hi Frankie I ditto Bubbles - I woke up a few weeks back with pain in my kidney area (really painful) so I drank lots of water the next day - spent most of the day going to the loo but it was worth it. Pains went away so think I was dehydrated. Make sure you drink plenty of water. xx hope the pain goes soon.

Shock

Thanks so much everyone. My DH was in such shock last night - he kept looking at me saying 'we're having twins?'. We haven't told our families yet - we arrive in Zimbabwe on Saturday and wil give them the great news then. I feel a little calmer today but still coming to terms with the news. Thank you all so much for your congratulations it really has made me feel loved and supported.

What Happens After the 2WW

Hi Jessica and congrats. I have to agree with cazd - the morning sickness and tirednees has just about killed everything. Even cooking is a task and I havn't been able to clean the house for a few weeks. We have but to be honest I was so tired it was rather disappoinitng so we are going to wait till the 12 weeks scan and hopefully my energy levels will rise again. Good luck sweetie and just go with what you body wants. xx

Hi Girls Hope you all had a lovely week - TG its Friday.... I am off to Zimbabwe on the 19th December (probably not the best place to go right now especially with an outbreak of Cholera but both mine and DH family live there) will be taking loads of antiseptic wipes and hand gel to keep the bugs away. It lovely and hot there now about 32C - so looking forward to just lying in the sun..... Hope you all have a wonderful weekend .......... Big hugs

Facing food ... extremely tired?

Hi Knighty Hope you enjoyed the cheese - ohh I am on a cheese craze to. I have found that milk has really helped with the nausea especially early in the morning and before I go to bed - not to much about 3/4 of a mug. Also I try and have a bowl of soup at night, so much easier to digest. Good luck sweetie and hope you are feeling better.

Pregnancy after loss chat

Hey BunnyGirl 6 weeks thats fantastic sweetie. I know what you mean about not having a scan till 12 weeks. Last time I had my scan booked and everything looked good then I miscarried about 11.3 weeks - I was devastated. So this time we've decided not to tell a soul until we are 12 weeks and have had our scan to be sure everything is well. I have been feeling terrible lately just feeling uncomfortable in my skin so saw my acupuncturist on Saturday and I almost feel human again - she could feel my...

St Peter's hospital Chertsey

Thanks Eeyore - thats good to know. Hi Bubbles - no unfortunatley they don't do this anymore; it was disturbing the new mums. I think I might just take a drive myself and have a peek without disturbing anyone. Thanks for the feedback. xx

St Peter's hospital Chertsey

Hi Ladies I know this is rather early but I wanted to know if anyone on here has given birth at St Peter's hospital in Chertsey. Its my local hospital but I have never been there and they don't do visits anymore. I have spoken to my doctor as I was thinking of a referal to Kingston hospital but I know that its not my catchment (further away) area and if they are very busy they will turn you away. Any thoughts would be great. Thanks xxx

Pilates and early pregnancy

Hi Bubble Thanks for your reply. She did say that she has never done pre-natal pilates and was a little worried about me joining the class. I think you are probably right - should really look for the right class. I would never forgive myself if something happened. thanks

Pilates and early pregnancy

Hi Girls Just wanted to ask some advice. I signed up to do a Pilates course before I found out I was pregnancy. I spoke to my instructor who said to check with my doctor first (which I will do next week). I think she was a little worried as I had a mc earlier in the year. Do you girls think it would be ok to do this class?
