****I had my tubes unblocked****

Hey Ladies Just wanted to say it is possible, On monday after 4 1/2 hours of surgery (laparotomy and microsurgical salpingostomies) both of my tubes are now unblocked and now function as normal, hydro and PCOS apprenlty gone - which must be down to the weight loss and new diet and lifestyle, there was only one small cyst which they got rid off. Its early days yet and stitches still in, I have to get the clamps removed also tomorrow (TMI). I am recovering well, quicker than the doctors expected, ...

i`m desperate!!

Hi Diz I know exactly how you are feeling hun, on the outside world (how i like to call it) my best mate just got a BFP two days before her fertility appt - i was gutted but pleased at the same time (just another godchild to the list). There is nothing I can do about that, it was her time i guess and she was very lucky, me on the other hand isn't that lucky, so I have decided not to let this get me down as it will happen one day and I just have to be patient. I have my lap next week and dependin...

eating probs!

Hey!! I am sorry you feel that you cannot approach the outside authorities for help but sometimes you will have no choice. I have just read both threads on the food issue and your DD is eating but not as much as she should did i guess right? also i pressume her fluid intake is good otherwise she would be very ill by now. So.... It may be that your daughter's hunger does not coincide with your mealtimes. I suggest that you put small attractive and nutritious plates of food in her room/dining room...

eating probs!

Hi Ya This could be her way of covering up or dealing with an issue that she is worried about. Speak to her and ask if there is anyhting that is bothering her, failing that let her know that food is fun. She is far to young to be even thinking about these things, so a trip to the GP may be needed.

help 11 going on 21

Hi ya Girls Thanx for the replies and idea's. Sun I didn't actually sit down and think about the implications of me holding on to 'the little boy' saying so too speak , yep, i gotta let go......(sigh) I also agree with you Victoria about allowing more freedom, DS is very responsible and mature for his age (sometimes :rolleyes, I should let him out more with his friends, but some kids these days just don't know how to behave and get themselves mixed up in allsorts - so the mummy fear has kicked i...

Hi Not sure if anyone has experiences with 11/12 year olds DS as much as i love him - seems to be going through a stage where he doesn't care about me anymore, I talk to him everyday, and I am used to the mother and son chats. They seem to go copute, he doesn't want to know anymore, and our daily games of poker and blackjack have been thrown out of the window 8o he told me he is growing up and has to make his own step in the world?????? why??????????????
