Adoption and fertility treatment

Hi and welcome I ditto everything Vegie says Its not really scarey - i found it a lot less scarey than having treatment lol - its just can be a long drawn out process (some people do go through quicker depending on authority). You do have to have a bit of pateince. They do ask you personal questions but there was nothing really I cld not talk about ie childhood, how you met etc. We are of course here for you if you decide to go down that route

Adoption - a quitter - certainly not

Just really need to get this off my chest from things I have read over the years here (nothing personal against anyone) and also from comments a couple of non-FZ people have said to me over the last few weeks. Someone at work asked me yesterday when I decided to "give up" and not have treatment and go for adoption - this has probably what has set me off. I am quite cross thinking of this now, how dare they question this avenue and think a birth child is the be all and end all. All I wanted to sa...

They decided not to go for treatment and went straight for adoption no problem I also know someone who had recurrent miscarraiges , never had treatment at all, and they have also adopted. I decided not to have my NHS treatment as well We had to say that we were not planning to get preggi...
