Hi all, Oscar is now 6 & 1/2 months old, and up until now he has had a good sleep routine. He has his dinner between 4.30 and 5pm, then bath at 6.30pm, followed by half hour wind down ( reading books to him) and then his feed (still breastfed first thing in morning and at bedtime), once he has finished feeding i take him upstairs to his cot. some times he falls asleep on the breast other times he self settles in his cot, either way once hes in his cot he stays there til between 5 and 7 am. Working during ivf

Hi ladies... Probably a little late with this reply but, I have done a lot of research into what I was allowed to do with time off from work during treatment. I also work for a huge company, I've had to tell them everything regarding all six cycles as they have a strict drugs and alcohol policy. They still refuse to put an IVF policy in place!! But legally during tx employees clinic appointments are treated in the same way as other appointments. Usually means you have to try and book in your own...

when did you stop or reduce your progesterone support

Hi ladies, Im going to call my clinic on monday but was wondering when you all stopped your pessaries. Ive had a mare getting my gp to prescribe my cyclogest, so my consultant did me a private script to last me until im 12 weeks. My problem is that im 11 weeks on monday, currently using 3 pessaries a day... but only have enough for another 5 days. when i spoke to the clinic a week ago, the nurse mentioned that some vonsultants get their ladies to drop to two pessaries a day after ten weeks.. oth...

advice on the endometrail scratch please. . .

I would definately reccomend the scratch ladies. After 5 failed tx i had the scratch on my 6th and im now 10 weeks pregnant. Im sure the scratch played a part in my bfp. It does hurt a bit, but as soon as you think ouch... its done. Very quick procedure and cost me £275. Very cheap compared to the overall amount we have spent along the way. I didnt have sedation, as my clinic dont offer it for the scratch, but in truth the procedure is so quick i didnt really need it. My scratch was done on day ...

Newbie

hi maame, and welcome to fz.. this really is a great site and the girls really are a great support on here. When I was told I needed ivf, I was given an 18 month wait for tx on the nhs, from the date of my lap and dye. My lap and dye was December 2008... my nhs tx was June/July 2010. DH and I were lucky enough to be able to self pay for a private cycle whilst waiting which we had in July/Aug 2009. We were told that we would only lose out on our nhs cycle if our private cycle was successful. I ca...
