Group B Strep.....the importance of testing

HI guys, OK.....firstly....for those of you who are due any day and have not had the test either on NHS (not too reliable, can give false negatives) or privately (reliable results) i am hoping this will not cause any panic or stress......and i was seriously thinking of not making a comment because of this......but decided that it was important enough information for those who were still within the timescale for testing (recommneded 35-37 wks but can be done later just increases the chances of ba...

ooo ow!?

Hi guys! Spoke to my midwife on Tuesday and she agreed with my "self diagnosis" of SPD, after ruling out kidney/urinary tract infections. She said, well you sound like you are well informed, and realise that theres little that can be done, just be assured that it causes no harm to your baby, and its just you that will suffer the discomfort till after the birth! ooo ow!?

From what i have read there is little that is effective but they reccommend exercises and support belt. When i turned over in bed night before last, along with the pain of the movement i felt (and heard) this almighty crunch fr...
