short or long protocol iui?

Hi girls Wondering if i can pick your brains? My friend has had 3 miscarriages (2 chemical pregnancies and a miscarriage at 13 weeks) and has a gorgeous girl of 4. She is now thinking of going down the intervention route and has been advised to go for IUI on a medicated short protocol. Can anyone shed any light? Good luck to all you IUI girls...

Bras

Gregg Sorry not to have replied sooner. Glad you found a bra that fits though, but if your lovely wife intends to breast feed, well that is truly a different matter. I have been many different sizes in pregnancy and it is both frustrating and expensive. I think my boobs had growth spurts every few weeks. During breast feeding, i went up to an M cup!!! Yes really, i didnt even know that bras came in that size. Two months after giving up breast feeding and i am still a JJ cup. EEkk Good luck, i ho...

Clear fluid loss at nearly 16 weeks

I hope this helps a little. I had the same kind of experience at around (i think) 25 weeks. Clear fluid loss that was definately not urine. I went to the hospital and they did tests and assured me that if it had been from around the baby, it would have been ALOT of fluid and not just a little. Take it easy..

Feeling miserable

Thanks Bells. You are right as always. I suppose that my biggest worry is that there is a problem and that is why the babys head is not moving down. The last couple of weeks, i have been nothing but a worry merchant.. Advice on board Bells, thanks again..

Feeling miserable

I have just come back from my midwife appointment and my babys head is still not in the pelvis. She doesnt think i have a very good chance of going into labour myself because of this, but they wont induce my until i am T+12. This is really not the news i was hoping for and feeling quite low today. Have been having contractions on and off all weekend, and it feels that its all for nothing if the babys head isnt moving down. Having irrational fears that all is not well. I know its silly, but i am ...

Bras

Well girls, yes you have fun and games ahead. My boobs pre pregnancy were a 30G and are now a 32-34HH. My nursing bras are a K cup, yes K. Thoroughly recommend Bravissimo for bras, they are really good with advice for the larger lady..

What does "UX 3/5 Palpable" mean?

Saz Longitudinal lie - means up and down. It may read VX and not UX which means vertex which is the crown of your babys head. Sorry to disagree, but 3/5 is actually an engaged head. All in all, your baby is in a really good position for the big event.. Good luck..
