Twin Pram stockists in London

Hi aramass We bought ours on recommendation alone from other twin mums. We got ours from kiddicare which has a huge selection of buggies which you can try out but it's in peterborough... Why not see if anyone on fz has the buggy you like? We have a nipper 360 which I absolutely love. It's light, very easy to manoeuvre and reasonably priced... Good luck with the buggy hunt!

Hi Noticed some yellow discharge coming from rosies lady bits when I changed her nappy. She seems absolutely fine and there is no redness or smell... I was going to keep and eye on it and take her to the docs if any more appears. Does anyone know what it could be? Should I be worried?

Baby poo!

If ben is teething that would contribute to the explosive poos! My two have both had a few like that during bouts of teething. X

Dream feed?

Hi hon We dropped the 10pm feed first as that was the one the babies consistently had to be woken for. After about a week they were sleeping from 7 till 2 so completely missed that feed. Then in another week they had managed to go through till 6! I would go with when he wakes and I'm sure it won't be long till he makes it through the night. Sounds like he was on his way till the cold so once he's better he'll get there.

To wean or not to wean?

Just thought I'd pOst an update. In the end I decided against weaning Henry. I bought the baby led weaning book and have nearly finished reading it. I am going to try it as it sounds brilliant to me! The babies will be 6 months in 2 weeks time so we have highchairs ready and I can't wait. They are both showing interest in eating and food. Evrything is going in their mouths! Henrys sleep has started to improve at last. Last night he only woke once and slept until 7.30! I think it may have been do...

Anyone got to have a c-section???

Hi again. If you are having a planned section you will be awake! I'm sure you would be able to film it if you wanted... I was under a general anaesthetic because there was no time to do anything else and dh wasn't there as it's not permitted with a ga... By the time I woke up he had already met and fed the babies! You will be fine and just happy to see thar gorgeous little one safe and well...

Anyone got to have a c-section???

Hiya I had an emergency c section at 34 weeks and was home in 2 days! I recovered reasonably quickly, although I didn't have a 2 and a half year old to run around after... Can you get some help for the first few weeks? X

How much is enough?

Hi My ds has started taking much less milk over the past few days... So far today he has had about 4oz first thing and about 1oz at about 10.30. He does a very good job of pretending to drink but nothing is going in. I have checked the teat for blockages and nothing. Just wanted to know if I should be worrying?

Pillows

Hi BG I actually just got a bolster which is like two pillows joined together. Think it came from the bath house online. It worked well for me and I still use it sometimes!

high dose menopur - affect on "older" eggs!?

Hi cb I had 450 of menopur both of my cycles. The first time started on menopur then changed to fostimon, the second started with gonal f then menopur. The quality of my eggs both times was good, although the quantity was low. It certainly did the trick for me anyway! good luck...

Swine Flu Vaccine

Hi brave girl I was on prednisolone, clexane etc whil preg and after much discussion opted to have the swine flu jab. I waited until after 12 weeks. As I work with children I felt it was a risk I wasn't prepared to take. Babies are now 5 months old and very healthy. Despite the fact I didn't come into contact with swine flu in the end I was glad I didn't have to worry about it...

To wean or not to wean?

Hi again Hen weighs 15lb 8 oz and he has between 6 and 8 oz at each feed. He sleeps for about 3 and a half to 4 hours per day. There doesn't seem to be a pattern between how much he sleeps during the day and whether he has a bad night tho. Definitely don't want ti start dream feeding as that was the first feed they dropped naturally. It would be a shame to wake him when he is sleeping well! Last night not so bad. He only woke 4 times and this time they were quite spread out.

To wean or not to wean?

Now I'm really confused! Health visitor said perm babies may need to be weaned earlier as they may have missed out on some nutrition in the womb? Doesn't sound that plausible does it! Last night he woke about 7 times between 1.30 and 3 but then slept on till 6.40! can't decide what to do so going to have a think for a few days before starting anything. Also going to make my dh read up and help me decide! Thank you all for taking the time to reply. I want to do what is best for Henry at the end o...

To wean or not to wean?

Hi Jessica and bubble and thank you for the responses. The health visitor has suggested that we go ahead and start weaning hen... I was able to chat to her in detail about the situation and she feels he is ready. Interestingly she said that prem babies often needed to start weaning earlier? I had thought it would mean they started later? We have already upped his milk and there just wouldn't be time in the day for more!! I appreciate it may not help with the sleep but it seems like he is ready. ...

To wean or not to wean?

Hi there Looking for some advice about weaning. My son Henry had been sleeping through from 6.30 pm to about 6/7am from about 3months old. For the last 3weeks his sleep has got more and more disrupted. We originally thought this was due to teething but having tried various remedies with no effect we started thinking maybe he is hungry? He starts waking at about 1ish and then more and more frequently throughout the rest of the night. We are getting up about 8 times most nights. Ususally he goes b...

Babysitter in the daytime for twins?

Hiya good luck with the interviews. Think we just asked about how they would prioritise needs if both were screaming! Our nanny is working out brilliantly. she cooks, cleans and is lovely with the babies. She also fills in little books about their day with pics of them. ( completely her idea!)
