Ooooh Hot Chocolate and Marshmallows...yum! Harry, I'm liking the idea of cutting down to 4 days by using some holiday, I may have to ponder that a bit, but like you said 2 weeks before sems quite close and that extra week is appealing... BooBoo and Hoping - I can identitfy with worrying about whats going on inside, I'm only 3 weeks away from my last scan and I'm starting to worry myself, I think its probably more natural for us all on this site to do so as we have all had issues getting here. I...

Ordered OH out for a trip Sainsburys for a folder for all the antenatal letters I have and to keep it all in one place, was feeling a bit tired in there and now I'm all bouncy again...lordy! Got a packet of muslin sqaures too...just a little every shop should help... ok...need to get rid of some this....am going to try bath and see what happens... nighty night! (ooh loved ...

Thats true scoffs, I think it probably can be balanced out somewhere along the line, especially as with some of the hemp/bamboo ones you have to wash them a fair before they reach max absorbency. Also the amount of energy that actually goes into trawling the web for hours deciding what to get, packaging, shipping etc.! The main reason Im going for it, is that I can get them all up front, they will smell lovely and clean (when not pooed in!) they look lovely, and I hate the smell of plasticy thin...

Woohoo for the cloth nappies!! Made me chuckle about being a sales rep for them...hmmnnn....maybe I could do that instead of going back to work...my friend is honestly the biggest advocate of them, she said once you start you realise how great (and adorable) they are and you are hooked. I have a few websites that she gave me, will post at the end. BooBoo - I absolutely LOVE Arabella!! You must have that! And I want to steal the name for myself its so lovely! Have a feeling we are having a boy th...

Harry - a little boy, how lovely! We are finding out a week Sat and can't wait! Re cloth nappies - The washing thing really does kill all the nasties, honest. My friends nappies were all over my lap and they all looked and smelt wonderful. For me it's the thing about how long the nappies take to degrade that really gets me. Using disposables would be doing something that will save me time in the short term yes, but ultimatley it's the very baby that I'm trying to protect who will end up with the...

This really is a busy thread!! AmazingGrace - I think that she just takes some all in ones with her and a dirty bag. You can get zippable dirty bags and use essential oils so the smell shouldnt be a problem. I'll ask her next time I see her. I havent bought any yet, will wait until I know what we are having and then I can either get some girly ones or more boysey ones. Weird as I didnt think Id go down the girls and boys clothes route...maybe I'll try and be less gender specific! Doubt that will...

hello everyone...soooo busy in the week on here! I darent even start on this at work as this will be all I end up doing... Still on the BF, went round to see our friends last night who have 2 DD, was given loads of brilliant advice and asked loads of questions. She has a medela breast pump that she said I can have which is just brilliant. Also spoke to her about expressing some and getting OH to feed, she said just do what suits you, as you get so tired that sometimes its nice to have a break, s...

** SECOND TRIMESTER CHAT **

I'm loving all this BF talk as well! It's really odd as last night I had a bit of a wobble and ended up properly crying in the bath with poor OH wondering what else was up. Was looking online for alternatives to the mass produced formula in case I had major problems with BF or my milk. (I like to be prepared ) I was getting so frustrated as I could'nt find anything. I look at the ingredients in the formula and think 'I would'nt drink that' so was thinking 'why would I want to give it to my beaut...

Should I have a period before I start stims? And if I have a period during stims will my cycle be cancelled?? Please help!!

Hello - I really dont know the answer to your question. But my only piece of advice is to email the hospital explaining again the conversatosn that took place at your scan and then on the phone this morning. They will have to reply to the email and then you have in writing, acknowledgement of what has happened. At the very least this will give you peace of mind that they understand what the situation is and also that if and its a big IF this has gone wrong because of their mistake then you have ...

Hammersmith - treatment feedback and chat

Hey WhyBee no need to apologise! I actually think that ARGC would probably be a better choice for Chicklet at this stage, just not necessarily the right choice for you where you are right now. xx

BooBoo - sorry I didnt mention you earlier. That sounds really quite scary and I would have been a mess! So glad that everything is ok and its always good to read others experiences as it does make you think twice when you are middle of a panic. AmazingGrace - The Stokke is great, not very many stockists here in the UK. We found another one at the weekend and had another push around and still think we have made the right decision, we love the fact that you can interact a little easier with LO an...

Rocky that doesnt sound bad at all, if you are feeling rough then its hard to muster up enthusiasm for anything. Tell when you feel better. As for going back when you have been signed off, I always thought that if you were signed off you arent allowed to go back until the cert has ended as otherwise you are not covered under your works insurance....this could be an urban myth type thing....any HR peeps out there? In any case and aside from that, you need to be thinking about your baby and not gu...

Just thought I'd poke my head in to say I'm still around and loving all the chat about bumps and buggys and babygrows! AmazingGrace!! So pleased to see you here! AFM - we have our buggy/pram already, it was a bargain and we couldnt resist, we got a Stokke and I LOVE it! We also purchased our first little baby grows today along with some super paraben free no nasties baby wash and shampoo that we can all use, so will give that a trial run tonight! We told everyone last Thursday and it felt great,...

Endometriosis Adenomyosis and Zoladex

Very delayed update! My bleed took 67 days to arrive, it was not pleasant! Hormone levels were down, cyst still there... We went straight into Short Protocol Had 6 eggs collected, 3 fertilised 2 returned on day 3 1 of which was a compacted 8 cell, almost blasto! 2 weeks later a BFP! So ladies it does work, even through all my moaning and doubting! I would say that I am I glad I went straight to fresh cycle, as the Zoladex treatment is quite hardcore and you want to give yourself the best possibl...
