** SECOND TRIMESTER CHAT **

Hi girls, Hope everyone is having a good sat. night?! Daisy - think your DH is right, you can;t make a short measurement long..but if you're going to be stressing about it, then it's worth getting another scan. Am sure all will be ok though hon. Taxi - I can relate to your upset re;your faithful pooch. Our border collie/lab lasted 17 years and was a real part of the family. Felt totally heartbroken when she was in so much pain she was put to sleep. I hope you'll be ok soon. xxx Anna - exciting r...

Hi girls, to daisy, and my teacher organisational skills, made me chuckle that you'd picked up on that...I hadn't done 'TOPICS' on purpose but now when I think about it Hoping - I'm at Salford Royal, or Hope that was. Where is stepping hill? Your kitchen ocd sounds like something I would do!!! It will wear off eventually and you will be too busy when your LO makes an appearance!! Daisy - Consultant appt - we had a consultant appt. and we ended up conceiving naturally. I wouldn't be overly concer...

** SECOND TRIMESTER CHAT **

Hi to all new ladies on the 2nd tri, it's really lovely in here and everyone is very friendly. You'll like your new home Have caught up with the last page of posts, so rather than do personals, hope you don't mind - will do 'topics' Maternity clothes - should fit you straight away, apart from if you've got a over the bump band. I got size 10 from NEXT and they looked ridiculous, then got size 8 and they fit straight away...not tight and still have room to grow. Same as for Topshop, size 10 (my u...

Hi all. Busy bees posting on here!! Woah, BooBoo, that list looks SUPER long!!! But as you say, can all be bought under one roof. The glider chair is fab, my sister has one and is sooo comfy. Trouble is, our 'nursery' probably wont fit it in Although the house is still up for sale, so we may not be here when our little bean is born.... AG - you're very organised with a spreadsheet! A true teacher! Stace - think your hormones are probably going haywire. Try to give yourself abit of breathing spa...

Hey all Mum, gosh you work like a trooper!!! Bless you, you could do with putting your feet up and resting right now. Daisy- glad you are hacing a good time with your mum, bet she is so excited as this is her first grandchild. Blossom - try to take the advice of the hospital, but monitor the situation. Ring back if there are any changes. I get weird pains all the time, they come and go. Hi lovely pregnant ladies! Have been away with my mum in Whitby, but have been able to read the messages flying around on here on my phone...wouldn't let me reply though Thanks to all for the reassurances re; bonding with baby. Thank you all SO SO much for replying to my post (pages back probably! ) and sharing y...

Hi all, Can't keep up with all the posts flying around on here, feel a bit of a part timer!! Anyway, to all. Amazing grace, your due date is one day ahead of mine! I too break up at the end of July for the school hols and will take the year off. I would be due back in June after 9 months and I felt it was too disruptive for the class, the mat. leave cover teacher, our bubba and organising and paying for a month and a half of childcare (June / July / August) so will go back at the start of the sc...

AMH Question

Hi there, I've never heard of multiplying by 1.4, but I know there are 2 charts...so could be to get the 2nd chart results they multiply by 1.4???? I would ask on Monday and put your mind at rest. Your AMH is definetly high enough to get pg. Don't worry. As Maria says, hers is lower than yours and she is still able to produce eggs / embryos. Good luck.

Have you told your kids? The risk assessment sounds like a load of bobbins. Amazing grace, I think we are practically at the same point, you're 2 da...

thought I would post then carry on in case it deleted like other ladies' posts. mum82, how far are you along now? Amazing grace, how lovely that Dh felt flutterings too, mine are quite light and I can't feel them from the outside with my hand. Hopefully in the next few weeks though... Rocky, I am sorry for you that your head is being unhelpful, you can contact your NUT rep and start keeping a log of incidents to protect yourself. Hi girls, Thanks for reassurances about weight, numbness etc. BooBoo went for our 12wk at 13 wks (was on holiday) only to find baby was 14weeks! Had a nurse who had no job satisfaction and rushed us through scan, was a little disappointed after our (paid for) 8 week scan. But NHS for you I suppose. Have been lying on a pillow last few nights and have slept a bit easier. Might get a pg pillow though, have seen them in a mag. Thanks for tip. x

Hello all, Congratulations to recent BFPs!!! Very exciting!! I am now 12 weeks and 3 days...have to wait till 13 weeks and 4 days for my scan (had one at 8 weeks) For those of you with no symptoms, that was me (apart from needing to pee alot!!) But my symptoms kicked in at 10weeks, so don't worry for anyone out there who was the same as me before 10weeks. Love tiny teacher xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi girls, Haven't had time to post on here lately... Congratulation to all the newly pg ladies....YEAY!!!!! Firstly, the cramps are the ligaments internally pulling your uterus up towards your abdomen. Your womb will be pulled up and will become an abdominal organ as your pg progresses. So AF like cramps are totally normal, but doesn't stop you rushing to the loo to check / wipe / knicker watch!!! The peeing is all to so with the fact that there is less room around your bladder now. As your womb...

Hi all, Taxi Home - wow! I have popped into your diary before now and have read parts of your story. I can only imagine how excited you must be, and relieved. Congratulations to all the newly pg ladies. As for sex in the first trimester,,,,we hadn't and I had told DH it was off limits...but yesterday we did get abit carried away and then afterwards when I went to the loo there was a tiny bit of red on the tissue (sorry if tmi.) Hi guys, Went shopping for bigger troosers today! Going on hol. next week in half term and have one pair of jeans that don't dig in. Went into Next and tried on Mat.jeans, they were HUGE!!!! (I am 10weeks, got a little paunch going on!) So managed to get the next size up from my usual size. Went to Primark and got two 'waterfall' cardi's...they are good to 'disguise' any 'weight gain' around the middle area. We are keeping quite for another 3 weeks after the scan, so need to cover up for some ti...

** LAP & DYE QUESTIONS **

Hi there, I had a lap and dye in jan 2010. You will be fine, honestly. I woke up with bad period pains (no blood) and felt a bit sick after the GA. Had a pad on (nice) with blue dye on it!! Felt fine after a few days, lots of sleep afterwards. You're taking one step closer to achieving a BFP and getting your LO. Lots of love xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
