Starting Maternity Leave

Hiya ella Bella how r u ? Iv been reading up on this on here also and it seems most women work to the latest 30 wks, I remember from my ds I worked to 35 wks and don't think I would have been able to work any later, I have have work my 30 wk date as being the start of my anual leave then Il go straight into maternity, I don't no how u r now not I'm feeling really exhausted all the time I hope its just a phase or I think theres any way Il even make it working to 30 wks x

PRAMS FOR TWINS

I have been lookin at Pram for weeks and seen the one I wanted ages ago but was looking online to see if I could get it cheaper, its the baby jogger twin and I want it in black, and at last found it for 285! From next which im over the moon wit as it is almost 400 other places, I no u can't put car seats or carry cots on them but as I have really weal wrists I don't think I could push it bein that heavy, and watching my 2 year old with whatever he's doin ( thinkin of using a buggy board?) .........

I too was terrified that salt would sting but it really doesn't just helps keep everything clean x I ended up I'm about 4 baths a day as it really eased it x

How long will I be taking the pill for?

Hiya and goodluck for your up at coming treatment the longest I was on the pill nefore down reggin was 4 wks but then I had to keep takin it for almost another 2 wks, its just so the clinic can regulate ur bleed to happen when they want it to, I have a friend however that ended up takin the pill for 9 wks which o thought was a long time x

Just wanted to add I was advised to put around 8 good handfuls of salt I'm each bath, I think it really helped with the healing and keeping things clean x

tommi tippi electric breast pump half price at tesco

sorry mods if i should have put this elsewhere just thought id post this incase anyone else was thinking of buying one soon, i went to mothercare first and thought i was getting a great deal paying £85 for the tommi tippi electric breast pump as i got 6 free bottle and also a few free accessories in the pack, but....then went to tesco and got the same pump as was on offer at £43.99 or there abouts, no free bottles but the same accessories , so i bought this and took the mothercare one bk...almos...

I too got my cyclogest prescribed from my gp, but had I not I found the cheapest to be boots, without phonin alot of people , but that was as it was just the one thing I was after goodluck x

Not immune to rubella..what does it mean?

Thankyou grace. U have gave me some good things to think about, Logan does go to nursery so will make sure I make them aware and ask to be informed of any cases, I'm sure they had a case of it a few weeks ago, ........I'm now wandering what to do with work as I support a lady with learning difficulties and we don't have that kind of info on her I would maybe need permission to ask her gp, also I come into contact on a regular basis with other people who have probably not been tested for a long t...

Not immune to rubella..what does it mean?

Firstly sorry if i have put this in the wrong place..... so, went to see my midwife on thursday and she gave me my blood results from my bookin appointment ( a good 8 weeks ago!) i am now almost 17 weeks, she said all was fine but one showed up i am not immune to Rubella, and that i would need to be vaccinated as soon as iv had our twins and she didnt say much more well i left not overly concerned but then..you got it google! iv read it that iv i catch it (german measels while pregnant it can be...

sorry was on my phone... i meant if ur scan was 7 weeks after your ec that would make 9 weeks on your scan date...as i said sorry if u already new this rally..so sorry to hear about your scan sounds like ur strong little embie is doing really well tho! and hopefully things will occur so the other embie is absorbed and the strong one gets stronger hope everyone is well, and those deals sound like a brill idea! afm had our scan today 12 wks +2 which i thought would be a dating scan but appears not...

Just a quickie to say to Anna and taxi, with ivf u take ec date as u already being 2 wks, do if ady your scan ec was 7 wks before that makes u 9 weeks pregnant, I got the impression u were mixed up about it sorry if I'm completely wrong and thats what u meant x

Hiya just wanted to post to say its quite common to stop the support drugs at 12 weeks, I dis with ny first pregnancy and all was fine, I am 12 today and this time have been advised to go from 2 cyclogest per day to 1 for the next 4 days and then miss a day and then following day take last one , they no what there talking about, congratulations on your pregnancy and everything will be just fine , pop over the first tri mester chat youl get some good advice there x hope this helps x

thrilled, shocked...excited!!! we're having twins!!

thankyou everyone! still hasn't sunk in but im sure it will eventually ...maybe when im the size of a house and cant move tee hee Dh has decided we arent finding out the sex of the bubbas, which im happy with as we didn't find out with ds and was a lovely surprise...but surely we have to be more organised with 2 on the way heck.....its sinking in how much money we will spend on milk if breast feeding doesn't work, and nappies!!!! hmmmm maybe reusable nappies would be a good option?.................

thrilled, shocked...excited!!! we're having twins!!

just been for our 7 week scan and we are having twins! 2 beautiful heartbeats seen i dont think it has sunk in yet, not sure how i feel, i feel really excited but im really nervous that there are more risks involved, one worry after another! x
